At Studio Arhoj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique ceramics; if your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original bubble wrap and box to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest postal service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
