Where are your products made?
Every Studio Arhoj piece is designed and hand-cast or hand-blown in our Copenhagen studio. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in glaze, color, and size are part of their unique charm.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our ceramics and glassware worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We take great care in packaging. Each item is wrapped in protective materials and secured in sturdy boxes to ensure your handcrafted pieces arrive safely at your doorstep.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our stoneware and porcelain items are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend hand-washing our glass items and any pieces with special metallic glazes to preserve their finish.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.
Can I visit the studio in person?
Absolutely! If you are in Copenhagen, you are welcome to visit our studio store to see our production process and browse our full collection of unique, one-of-a-kind items.
